Watch the Family History of the Morgan Motor Company

In this short video below, the Morgan Motor Companies’ very own archivist and museum curator Martyn Webb tells us the family history of the car manufacturer from different models, car specifications to fascinating facts along the way.

Lot of the work Morgan does is still handcrafted, working with aluminium and wood. They have been building cars at the same workshops for almost a hundred years now. You could say that they are the last of the true British car manufacturers.

The Morgan Motor Company was started in 1909 when Harry F. S. Morgan invented the three-wheeler and since then the company has been run by three generations of the family.
