Porsche Cayman GT4 was revealed in early February as the new top of the range track oriented Cayman that draws heavily from the 911 Carrera S and the 911 GT3.
The Cayman GT4 is priced from £64,451 offering 385bhp from 911 Carrera S engine linked to a manual gearbox, rather than the PDK in the 911 GT3.
Visually the Cayman GT4 is distinguished from the standard model, S and GTS model with a new front fascia featuring a mesh grille and front splitter, new wheels, rears spoiler, fixed rear wing, side scoops and a centre-mounted dual exhaust system.
Ride-height is reduced by 30mm and the high-performance brakes, as wel as front-suspension are from the 911 GT3.
This compact sports car does 0-62mph in 4.4 seconds and hit a top speed of 183mph. Nürburgring lap time is 7 minutes and 40 seconds, making it just as fast as the previous generation 2011 911 GT3.
Hit play to see Chris Harris test drive the new Cayman GT4 and give us a good overview of this 911-rivalling mid-engine sports car. As always he has lot of good comments and puts on a great show. Enjoy!
