Vauxhall Unveils Entry-level Ampera Earth, Priced At £29,995

Vauxhall has unveiled an entry level Ampera plug-in hybrid called Earth. Ampera Earth is now available to order at £29,995 including Plug in Car Grant.

The Ampera Earth has an identical powertrain system that features a a 16kWh lithium-ion battery that powers a 150bhp electric motor, enabling the car to hit a top speed of 100mph and travel up to 40 miles before a 1.4-litre petrol engine-generator activates to recharge the battery.

Available in four exterior colours and with a black cloth trim, it comes with features such as DAB, 7-inch touch screen display and bluetooth.
