Upgraded Mazda3 MPS Revealed, Priced at £23,995

The upgraded Mazda3 MPS is now on sale, priced at £23,995 just as before. The range topping super hatch now comes with new gunmetal grey 18-inch alloy wheels and sleek Black Mica finish on the inner roof spoiler, door mirror housings and lower rear bumper.

Under the bonnet is the same 256bhp 2.3-litre Turbo petrol engine, which drives the front wheels via a six-speed manual transmission, enabling it to hit 0-62mph in 6.1 seconds while the top speed is limited to 155mph.

The upgraded Mazda3 MPS will be available in a choice of four metallic/mica/pearlescent colours – Aluminium Silver, Black Mica, Crystal White Pearlescent and Velocity Red.

Mazda has also upgraded the rest of the line-up. The range now starts with three Tamura models priced from £15,995. Two Venture models are also available with 1.6-litre MZR petrol or diesel engines cost from £17,495 and £18,995.

The Sport Nav with a 182bhp 2.2-litre MZR-CD diesel is priced from £20,995.
