Trident Iceni diesel sports car revealed with up to 651bhp, priced from £96,000

Trident, the British sports car brand, has unveiled its flagship Iceni sports car, billed as the world’s fastest & most fuel efficient diesel sports car.

The Iceni range also includes Iceni Magna (fastback) & Iceni Venturer (estate).

All three models boast the same impressive spec and are powered by a 424bhp 6.6-litre V8 turbodiesel with 950 lb-ft of torque.

Optional track performance pack takes power to 651bhp and 1,050 lb-ft of torque. Top speed is over 190mph and range around 2000 miles g from a single tank of mineral or bio-diesel, while also delivering a very impressive 68.9mpg.

The torque multiplication technology increases fuel efficiency by up to 20%.

The three Iceni sports cars are available now globally, with prices starting from £96,000.
