Toyota Verso Named Safest MPV Of 2010 By Euro NCAP

Toyota Verso is the safest MPV, according to Euro NCAP’s test results for 2010. The seven-seat compact people carrier was given top five-star rating for all-round safety performance by Euro NCAP in March 2010, and no other MPV scored better in 2010.

The Verso achieved an 89 per cent result for adult occupant safety, 75 per cent for child occupants, 69 per cent for pedestrian impact, and 86 per cent for safety assistance.

In the UK all versions of Verso are equipped as standard with seven airbags, ISO-fix child seat mounts, ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, traction control, steering-assist Vehicle Stability Control and Hill-start Assist Control. The Verso is priced from £16,525.
