This is the first customer Ferrari LaFerrari hybrid supercar crash in Monaco

We all knew it would happen one day. 950+bhp from a hybrid drivetrain is not easy to manage and takes a skilled driver if you hit the pedal too hard.

What you see here is the first customer LaFerrari crash in the sunny Monaco. The Enzo successor met a Volkswagen Golf and they both have a damaged front end. The Golf does not look too bad, but LaFerrari front end is pretty messed up. One thing is that is is lower and it is also designed differently to dissipate impact.

The insurance company is clearly not too happy once they get the repair bill from Maranello.

With production limited to 499 units and each car priced at £1M+ we are sure this is not the last LaFerrari crash. All that horsepower on public roads has a pretty high chance for things to go little wrong.
