Subaru has unveiled a very interesting Cross Sport Design Concept in Tokyo that they call a combination of ‘sport’ and ‘utility’.
The concept has a compact body with overall length of 4,300mm that allows easy seat access and abundant luggage space.
Purely a concept at this stage, Subaru thinks the concept shows the next trend in urban SUVs.
Details are limited, but the car is essentially a BRZ shooting brake with higher clearance, body kit, new lights and a more aggressive appearance.
The Cross Sport Concept is already called a Ferrari FF for the average folks.
No engine specs were released, but we assume a 198bhp 2.0-litre boxer engine from the standard BRZ is under the bonnet.
It would be fun if Subaru put a 300bhp turbo in it along with their all-wheel drive. This thing would really rock!
We can only dream the concept is soon turned into an actual production car.
