Stripped Down Classic Porsche 911 Built By Bugatti’s Head of Design [VIDEO]

You would probably think that the Head of Design at Bugatti drives something special from the parent company’s portfolio – an Audi R8 or a new Porsche 911.

Achim Andscheidt, Head of Design for Bugatti is a quiet man who does drive a Porsche, but a classic stripped down 911, which weighs just 820 kg. It has no heater, interior is stripped and the engine bay is cleaned out.

In the video below Achim takes the DRIVE channel for a short drive in his 1981 Porsche 911 around the streets of Berlin talking about his project car and how different it is from his daily work with Bugatti products. Enjoy!
