SsangYong Previews SUT 1 Concept Ahead Of Geneva Debut

SsangYong announced today, that they are bringing a new concept called SUT 1 to the Geneva Motor Show next month.

According to SsangYong the concept maintains the essential characteristics of a traditional pick-up, while presenting a more contemporary look to reflect the styling expected of today’s Sports Utility Truck.

The concept is 4,985mm long, 1,910mm wide, 1,755mm high, and has a wheelbase of 3,060mm. Power comes form a new 153bhp 2.0-litre diesel engine with a maximum torque of 360Nm.

The production model will go on sale in early 2012, with achoice of either 6-speed manual or automatic transmission in either 2-wheel or 4-wheel drive configurations.
