Spyker is going to sell its sports car business to British firm CPP Global Holdings for €15 million in cash, and €17 million in future profits over the next six years.
The buyer, CPP Global Holdings Ltd, is no stranger to building cars. This Coventry based coachbuilder has supplied Spyker with the chassis and body panels for all its cars from the beginning. They are also building the new C8 Aileron.
The deal does not include the Saab brand, meaning Spyker can concentrate on building up the Swedish brand.
