Škoda Rapid Revealed Ahead Of Paris Debut

Škoda Rapid is an all new model, that sits between the Fabia and the Octavia. World debut is at the Paris Motor Show with market launch in the UK in November.

The Rapid will go against VW Golf and Ford Focus and is expected to start at around £12k-13k. The 5-seater Rapid is 4.48 meters in length and 1.7 meters in width. Five petrol and two diesel engines will be offered from launch.

The Rapid is the first Škoda series car ever to fully feature the brand’s newly formulated design language, and is a so-called A segment car, that currently accounts for about 36 per cent of the world’s automobile market.
