The most economical version of the Octavia is powered by a 108bhp 1.6-litre TDI engine equipped with a stop/start system and a brake energy recuperation system, delivering a very impressive 88.3 mpg (3.2 litres / 100 km) with CO2 emissions of just 85 g/km.

The car also has a BiK rating of 13% and VED Band A status means running costs will be very low.
