Saab 9-4X debuts at the Los Angeles Auto Show

Based on the Cadillac SRX, the 9-4X crossover exterior highlights are wraparound windshield, a sloping roofline, bi-xenon headlights, a dual-exhaust system, and 20-inch alloys on the Aero version.

Inside you’ll find leather upholstery, eight-way power seats, wood or faux carbon fiber trim, mesh-style air vents, and a center console-mounted ignition button.

From the launch two V6 petrol units are offered: a 261bhp 3.0-litre V6 and a turbocharged 296bhp 2.8-litre V6. A diesel version is very likely also planned, but no official word yet.

UK and European sales will start in August. Pricing and final specs will be announced closer to the launch. For full details see the press release below.
