Rocket powered bicycle sets a new land speed record

There is a new land speed record! This time the vehicle category is rocket-powered bicycle.

Frenchman Fran├žois Gissy with rocket-powered bicycle managed to hit a 163 miles per hour (263 km/h) on a highway in Munchhouse, France.

The rocket used on the modified bicycle was built by Swiss company Exotic Thermo Engineering, providing its thrust using liquid hydrogen peroxide.
