Real or fake? 5,000 horsepower Devel Sixteen with a top speed of 348mph debuts in Dubai [video]

The Devel Sixteen was revealed at the Dubai Motor Show and it is either a joke or something very wild if it turns out to be the real thing.

Looking like a mixture of Lamborghini Veneno, Pagani Zonda and Koenigsegg, the Devel Sixteen is Made in Dubai and is powered by a V16 engine which produces a hard to believe 5,000 horsepower, going from 0-60 mph in just 1.8 seconds. The top speed is claimed to be 348mph (560mph).

The current fastest production car according to Guinness Book of Records is the Veyron Super Sport, which packs 1187bhp and did hit a top speed of 267.856mph (431 km/h) at Volkswagen’s Ehra-Lessien high-speed test track in 2010.

And now a company we have never heard of introduces a hypercar with 5000 horsepower and a top speed of 348mph, just hard to believe! Someone is most likely having some fun…
