Puritalia 427 Roadster prototype revealed

Italian based Puritalia has released first pictures of the 427 Roadster in near production prototype stage.

The Puritalia 427 chassis #001 is intended for mechanical and driving test sessions. The prototype is actually dressed in a light primer coat only, without any paint job and finish touch.

There are very few cars out there that look good when still in building stages. We believe that our car is one of them; like a beautiful woman who shows all its natural charm without any makeup!

The 427 Roadster is inspired by the iconic 1965 Shelby Cobra and features a carbon composite body as well as an aluminium and chromoly chassis.

The 427 Roadster will be offered with a 445bhp 5.0-litre V8 and a supercharged 605bhp 5.0-litre V8.
