Porsche Reveals 550 Horsepower Panamera Turbo S

Porsche Panamera Turbo S

Porsche Panamera Turbo SPorsche is again raising the bar for luxury four-door cars with the new Panamera Turbo S. The 4.8 litre twin-turbo V8 engine delivers 550bhp (50bhp more than the Panamera Turbo), taking it from 0-62mph in just 3.8 seconds, and to a top speed of 191mph. Despite extra power, the fuel consumption has not changed compared to the standard Panamera Turbo, remaining at 24.6mpg.

The Panamera Turbo S features several key driving dynamics control systems as standard, including Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), an active roll stabilisation system, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) and Sport Chrono Package Turbo, which tunes the suspension settings and engine controls.

Exterior is highlighted by 20-inch Turbo II alloy wheels with increased rear axle track width, side skirts from the Porsche Exclusive range and the adaptive extending four-way rear spoiler co-ordinated in the exterior colour.

The Panamera Turbo S goes on sale in June and is priced from £122,623. For full details see the press release below.
