Porsche Macan interior spied undisguised for the first time

We have seen the upcoming Porsche Macan with little disguise testing at various locations. Today we are bringing you the first interior shots from hot weather testing in U.S. where the engineers took a break with their laptops, revealing a Panamera like interior with no disguise.

The Macan shares its platform with Audi Q5, making it just as much Porsche as the bigger Cayenne, which shares its underpinnings with the Vokswagen Touareg.

The production will start later this year at the Leipzig plant in Germany and the possible public reveal is in September at the Frankfurt Auto Show or in November at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

The Macan will be a game changer once again as Porsche plans to sell 75,000 units in its first year (2014). A 3-door model is reportedly also planned going against the Evoque 3-door.

There will be a wide range of petrol and diesel units, with the top of the range Macan Turbo expected to use a twin-turbo V6 with 370bhp.
