Porsche recently surpassed 1 million fans on Facebook, and to mark the special occasion is showcasing a unique custom-made 911 GT3 R Hybrid at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart.

The Porsche 911 GT3 R Hybrid features a Facebook inspired blue and white paint job, adorned with the signatures of more than 27,000 Porsche fans. Porsche chose the 911 GT3 R Hybrid for the social media celebration because it believes that the hybrid racer is the future of motorsport.

The GT3 R Hybrid produces 480bhp from a 4.0 litre flat six-cylinder engine in the back, that is complemented by two electric motors on the front, capable of pumping out 80bhp each.
