2010 Porsche 911 GT3 RSBefore an all-new 911 arrives later this year, Porsche will launch a very special version of the 911 GT3 RS. The new car will be called Porsche 911 GT3 RS Limited Edition and will get a new naturally aspirated 4.0 litre flat-six with 500bhp. That’s 50bhp more than on the standard 911 GT3 RS that is powered by a 3.8 litre unit.

The 911 GT3 RS Limited Edition is rumored to get a new ‘PDK-S’ dual clutch transmission, which promises near instantaneous gear shifts.

According to Teamspeed, the GT3 RS Limited Edition will be unveiled on April 7th, with production starting shortly after. Reportedly only 500 cars will be built. Stay tuned for more details!
