Plato and Tordoff Lock Out Silverstone Grid

Jason Plato and Sam Tordoff locked out the front of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car grid at Silverstone today with Tordoff a mere 9 thousandths of a second behind team mate Plato. The top 12 cars all qualified within a second of pole on the 1.6 mile National circuit. Tomorrow’s weather looks to be dry and fairly warm and the last-but-one round of the season is bound to draw a significant crowd. Andrew Jordan sits 30 points ahead of Gordon Shedden but both Colin Turkington and Matt Neal are very close behind.
