One-off Ferrari 458 Italia dedicated to Niki Lauda

Ferrari has revealed a one-off 458 Italia dedicated to F1 legend Niki Lauda.

The 458 Italia dedicated to Lauda is part of Ferrari’s Tailor Made Program and comes out just shortly aftet the film “Rush” was released, directed by Oscar winner Ron Howard and telling the story of the rivalry between Niki Lauda and James Hunt.

This special one-off 458 has the livery featured on the Maranello cars back in the age that covered the mid-Seventies, when the Scuderia took three consecutive Constructors’ titles and two Drivers’ both of them thanks to the Austrian driver.

Finished in red with a white roof, featuring the Italian flag going longitudinally across it, with gold rims, the special 458 Italia also has a custom interior with the seats and central tunnel reprising the italian flag motif, while the red stitching is on the dashboard and instrument panel and the steering wheel with LEDs, as well as the F1 type gear shifts.
