Nürburgring crash and almost crash compilation video for 2014 is here

Nürburgring track in Germany is clearly the most famous race track in the world. It is also one of the most dangerous, demanding and difficult race tracks in the world.

The north loop is 12.9 miles long and has more than 300 metres of elevation change from its lowest to highest points.

Accidents on the Green Hell happen daily and things can go wrong even for experienced drivers. There are no official numbers, but different reports estimate the number of fatalities at somewhere between 3 and 12 in a full year.

The video here is a nine minute compilation of this year’s crashes, spin-outs and near misses, giving you a good idea what happens almost daily on the ‘Ring.
