Novitec Rosso Race 606 Based On The Ferrari California

Ferrari tuner Novitec Rosso will show a a new model dubbed Race 606 based on the Ferrari California at the Geneva Motor Show next month.

The supercharged 4.3 litre V8 engine is developed specifically for this front-engine sports car and produces an impressive 606bhp and 445 lb-ft of torque. The stock engine in the California has 460bhp and 358 lb-ft of torque.

With this new engine the California/Race 606 sprints from 0-62mph in less than 3.8 seconds, and has a top speed of 202mph. Other upgrades include a new aerodynamic body components from carbon fibre, custom interior, three piece wheels, Pirelli tyres, sport springs and a hydraulic front lift system that can raise the front of the car by 40 millimeters.
