Next-generation Vauxhall Vivaro and Renault Trafic teased

We saw the next-gen Renault Trafic testing last September in Southern Europe.

The new Renault Trafic will share its platform with new Vauxhall Vivaro and both automakers have now released first teasers of their models, ahead of market launch beginning of the summer.

Both models will come with new design, new engines and new technologies inside and out.

Renault even goes as far as saying the new engines benefit from company’s expertise in the world of Formula 1 racing.

The Vivaro teaser shows a large, promiment grille and wing shaped-graphics, integrating signature elements from Vauxhall passenger cars.

Renault says the new Trafic is focused on meeting the needs of business customers more closely than ever by providing them with ‘Innovation for a Better Life’. What that exactly means we’ll see soon.

These two cars are in essence very similar. So if you like Vauxhall more you are likely to go with Vivaro, and if Renault gets you excited, then obviously Trafic is your choice. Looking at these first sketches we find the Renault’s version more appealing, though the real thing might be quite different.
