Next Ford Mustang GT350 / SVT rendering shows a possible production look

Earlier this month we showed you the next 2016 model year Ford Mustang GT350 / SVT doing some hot laps around the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

The prototype revealed us a big bonnet scoop, new grille, lower front dam, wider fenders, larger sills, a more aggressive diffuser and a four tailpipe exhaust system.

Developed by Ford’s Special Vehicle Team (SVT), the new model is expected to use the GT350 designation with power likely coming from an upgraded 5.0-litre V8 that in the Mustang GT produces 435bhp and 400 lb-ft.

The rendering above by gurnade, based on recent spy shots, shows us a possible look for the hot GT350 with a wider and more aggressive body.

Finished in a classic ruby red and stripes, as well as unique alloy wheels with red brake calipers it looks quite attractive and we are looking forward to seeing the actual production car with a likely public debut later this year.
