Next BMW X5 Spied With Less Disguised Side Profile

Few weeks ago we showed you the next generation BMW X5 with less disguise around the front bumper and front grill.

This time we have new shots with less disguises side profile, revealing more of its window lines.

As we have already mentioned, rumour is that a new third row seats will be added to the next X5.

Other bigger rumoured updates include new axles that weigh 150kg less than the current ones. Engine options will include a wide range of six- and eight-cylinder units. Also four-cylinder engines are going debut in the new X5 – one petrol and one diesel. A hybrid version could be also in the works, featuring the ActiveHybrid 5′s powertrain.

Next generation X5 is expected to debut in the second half of 2013 with sales starting soon after.
