New Nissan SUV Chassis Testing Mule Spied in Spain

This mysterious chassis testing mule based on current generation Rogue for a new Nissan SUV was spotted yesterday at the side of the road. The prototype broke down in heavy traffic and was waiting for help to arrive.

it is hard to tell what Nissan is testing, but very likely it is the early stage chassis mule for next generation Qashqai, Murano, Rogue or the new X-Trail.

The mule has wider wheel cases and a very strange body.

We expect to see more prototypes with new details in the near future.

The strange bodywork is that of a Nissan Rogue compact SUV, a sister car to the Nissan X-Trail.
