New Lexus LS Revealed - Sales Start Later This Year

Lexus has unveiled the new LS, that adopts latest Lexus styling inside and out.

The range includes LS 460, LS 600h and, for the first time the flagship model also has an F Sport version, with sportier styling and handling.

The biggest changes include distinctive Lexus spindle front grille design, sharper headlights, improved driving dynamics, better sound insulation and more sophisticated and effective preventive safety systems.

Lexus sais that more than 3,000 changes have been made to the current LS, including three world-firsts and 15 “Lexus-first” features and technologies.

Some of the notable highlights are optional hollow-chamber noise reduction wheels and a new climate control system monitors cabin temperature using 13 sensors.

UK prices and specifications will be announced closer to the new LS’s launch here later this year. The LS 460 is expected to cost from around £65,000.
