New Bentley Continental GT V8 prototype spied on the 'Ring, could be the new RS version

Bentley is testing a new Continental GT V8 prototype on the Nürburgring, that is most likely a new range-topping V8 RS model.

The car has no disguise, revealing an updated lower front bumper with changes to the air intakes and aerodynamics. At the rear we can see a fixed rear spoiler and the standard quad exhaust tips found on the V8 models.

The current range topping V8 model, the Continental GT V8 S is powered by a 521bhp 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8, taking it from 0-60mph in 4.3 seconds and on to a top speed of 192mph.

The engine clearly has more potential and we expect it to produce around 550bhp in this new model, along with changes to the suspension.
