New Audi S3 Spied Undisguised Testing Around The Nürburging
New Audi S3 has been spotted undisguised testing around the Nürburgring, before making its world debut at the Paris Motor Show in September. Just like all the current S models, the new S3 will also feature twin exhausts on each side.
Other updates compared to the standard A3 include additional bumper vents, dark grilles instead of the chrome ones, deeper side skirts and an integrated rear diffuser. Al this rides on 18-inch alloys.
Power comes from a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with around 280bhp. 0-62mph time is expected to be around 5.5sec and the top speed electronically limited to 155mph. Both six-speed manual and seven-speed automatic will be offered.
New third-generation S3 will be priced little over £30,000 when it goes on sale after the Paris debut.
