Motorbike Yoga: Watch motorcycle rider pull yoga poses on a speeding bike

Yoga is all about being mindful, in the present. It might look easy, but it takes years of practice to master some of the poses. This ancient practice is usually associated with a quiet room and perhaps candles.

So how can you fit a motorcycle into this world?

Forty-year-old Gugulotu Lachiram from India has many roles in this life. He is a farmer, loves practicing yoga and riding motorcycles. Six years ago he saw extreme sportsmen on TV and thought, “Why Not Me”. Since then he has been practising two hours daily and he has gotten very good, doing different yoga poses on his Honda.

Please don’t try to do anything similar as it might end up very badly. If you are interested in yoga, try different styles to find the one best suitable for you and please practice on a soft mat not a moving motorcycle.
