MINI Superleggera Vision concept rendered as a production model

MINI Superleggera Vision concept from last month’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este 2014 was a real success as majority found it very attractive and soon reports started circulating that MINI is considering a production version.

The concept beautifully combined retro and modern design into a very attractive open-top 2 seater.

Talented Theophilus Chin has now visualized what the production version might look if the green light is given.

He tones down the concept’s design a bit. The front-end has a new grille and a more proper windscreen. The rear is more curvaceous with revised lights and toned down fin. He also added side mirrors and door handles from the current MINI Roadster.

The interior is also from the current production Roadster.

If BMW decides to green light it for production, then expect it to cost around 35,000 euros (£28k).
