Merdad announces Evoque Convertible

Customisations of SUVs aren’t exactly anything new – but Northampton-based Merdad have raised the bar in launching a convertible version of Range Rover’s popular Evoque, marking their continuing success of the Merdad Collection in the world’s most exclusive SUV market.

Company Director Merdad Hoodeh says “these latest additions to our Collection see some superb, sleek and courageous adjustments to two magnificent SUVs. Our new options for them include: 22mm added wheel arch width for the Range Rover Evoque and 44mm for the Porsche Cayenne. Both vehicles include side-skirts with twin air intakes, upper air intakes and a stylish front-skirt facelift. In addition, our latest redesigning of both SUVs includes some exceptional options, such as super-sound exhausts, custom interiors and 22″ wheels.”

Merdad rose from the ashes of Gemballa UK Ltd, which folded in 2010. Their first conversion was a 2-door Porsche Cayenne boasting 750hp.
