Mercedes GLE Coupe to make its big screen debut in Jurassic World

When Mercedes-Benz introduced the M-Class in 1997 it also made its debut in Steven Spielberg’s “The Lost World: Jurassic Park”. That product placement worked well as many of us got our first look at the new luxury SUV in that movie.

It’s been 18 years since that event and the long relationship with Universal continues in the upcoming Jurassic World, where we will get to see the new Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe.

The slant-roofed coupe-like crossover that is a strong rival to the BMW X6 shares its underpinnings with the M-Class’ and appears in the film in GLE 450 AMG Sport spec.

the GLE Coupe plays a major role along with all the dinosaurs as the characters played by Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard put their trust in the off-road capabilities of various Mercedes‑Benz vehicles – especially the all-new GLE Coupe.

Jurassic World will be released in 3D by Universal Pictures on June 12, 2015.
