Mercedes C63 AMG "Edition 507" Models Revealed

The exclusive Mercedes C63 AMG “Edition 507” models are fitted with an AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine with increased output of 50bhp compared to the standard C63 AMG, bringing output to 507bhp with a maximum torque of 610 Nm.

The C63 AMG “Edition 507” accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in 4.2 seconds as the Saloon and Coupé, and in 4.3 seconds as the Estate. The top speed of all variants is electronically limited to 174 mph.

According to Ola Källenius, Chairman of the Board of Management of Mercedes-AMG GmbH: “The C 63 AMG with the classic AMG 6.3-litre high-revving V8 naturally aspirated engine is one of the most popular AMG high-performance cars in the world. With the new C63 AMG “Edition 507″, we are offering our loyal customers an attractive model variant which boasts even higher performance and at the same time is visually exciting.”

Externally, the C63 AMG “Edition 507” is distinguished by an aluminum bonnet with two openings, new 19-inch AMG light-alloy cross-spoke wheels, AMG sports stripes in matt graphite grey above the side sill panels, spoiler lip on the boot lid (Saloon and Coupé), exterior mirror housings, as well as the surrounds on the radiator grille and daytime driving lights are finished in high-gloss black.

There are also darkened headlamps and an optional designo Magno Platinum paint finish.

The C63 AMG “Edition 507” will make its public debut next month at the Geneva Motor Show. UK pricing and final specs will be announced closer to a market launch.
