Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe spied with less disguised front bumper

Here we have the best and most revealing pictures of the new Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe.

The prototype has started testing with a proper front bumper, revealing big air intakes, as well as more of the front lights and grille.

The rear shows new LED rear lights and the usual AMG double exhausts.

The S-Class Coupe is a successor to the CL and the base model is expected to debut in early 2014 at the Detroit Motor Show, while the S63 AMG Coupe couple of month’s later.

Just as the saloon, the S63 AMG Coupe will use a 585bhp 5.5-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine with 900 Nm of torque linked to a seven-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT sports transmission.

A range topping S65 AMG Coupe with a twin-turbo V12 is also expected.

Tech and safety features will also carry over from the saloon, while the interior will boast sportier seats, different trim and also revised centre console, dashboard and steering wheel.
