Mercedes-Benz C-Class SportCoupe rendered - to rival the Audi A5 Sportback

The new C-Class was revealed last week as a saloon, with Estate, Coupe and Convertible to follow later.

There have also been rumours about a C-Class SportCoupe, but not with three doors like the previous model, but in a five-door coupe like configuration, similar to the Audi A5 Sportback.

There are no official details about this possible addition to the new C-Class range and so far we haven’t seen any prototypes on the road either.

Reportedly the C-Class SportCoupe will be based on the upcoming long-wheelbase China-spec model to offer more legroom for the passengers.

Talented Theophilius Chin has now created few renderings of the possible C-Class SportCoupe with a sloping roofline. The result is pretty good and we are sure it would turn out the be a strong rival to the A5 Sportback.
