The compact Mercedes A 45 AMG in stock condition is already a very impressive vehicle packing 355bhp from a 2.0-litre turbo.
Different tuners have already tweaked the engine and the latest to join the party is German tuner VÄTH.
The power on the small turbo is increased from the stock 355bhp to 419bhp (425 hp) and 515Nm of torque.
Top speed is also raised from 155mph to 174mph.
VÄTH also offers club sport coilovers suspension with lowering opportunity of 20 to 65 mm,adjustable shock absorbers, as well as a new stainless steel sports exhaust system and custom 19- or 20-inch alloy wheels.
There is no word on updates to the CLA 45 AMG and GLA 45 AMG, but as the engines are identical it is safe to assume you can also boost engine output on other AMG models equipped with the 2.0-litre petrol turbo.
