McLaren Teases New Supercar, World Debut In Paris

Paris Motor Show just got more interesting, with McLaren set to reveal a new car there on Thursday 27 September. Details are very limited, but in addition to showing a new vehicle, McLaren will also use this stage to showcase future plans.

So what is this new vehicle? Teaser image you see above does not reveal much, but we are very confident it is the successor to the iconic F1 supercar known as P1.

The P1 is rumoured to feature an 800bhp version of company’s twin-turbocharged V8, that is found also in the MP4-12C. Thanks to a 200bhp KERS system, total output would be an impressive 1000bhp!
