McLaren has released the first promo video for their MP4-12C Spider. McLaren points out that the video was shot using cinema-quality RED camera technology, showing the open-top MP4-12C in high speed action on track and the winding mountain roads of Andalucía in Southern Spain.
We also get to see the 12C Spider’s retractable hard top in action that closes in less than 17 seconds while the car is in motion.
As the MP4-12C Coupe, the roadster also features a twin-turbo 616bhp 3.8-litre V8 mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, enabling the car to accelerate from 0-62mph in 3.1sec, before hitting a top speed of 204mph.
The MP4-12C Spider is now available to order, priced from £195,000.
