Mansory Carbonado based on Lamborghini Aventador Revealed

Mansory has revealed the Lamborghini Aventador-based Carbonado ahead of its public debut at the Geneva Motor Show.

As the name already suggests, the Carbonada has plenty of carbon fibre. The new aerodynamic body kit includes new front skirt featuring redesigned air intakes, side skirts, rear spoiler with a built-in diffuser and a revised front lip spoiler. The roof and engine compartment cover are also made of carbon fibre.

Compared to the standard Aventador, the sides have grown by 40 millimetres on the front and by a remarkable 50 millimetres on the rear axle in width.

The biggest news is under the bonnet. The 6.5-litre V12 is fitted with two large turbochargers, custom connecting rods, pistons, rod bearings, cylinder head and crankshaft. A new exhaust system with stainless steel tailpipes is also installed.

As a result the output is an impressive 1,250 hp, up from 700 hp compared to the stock engine. 0-62mph comes now in just 2.6 seconds and the top speed is 236 mph.

All this rides on new forged rims with carbon fiber inlays measuring 9×20 at the front and 13×21 at the rear wrapped with Pirelli P Zero tyres.

No pricing details were released, but we do know just 6 cars will be built.
