Luxury cars to look out for in 2017

The finest cars compete in luxury, speed, style, and safety. In 2017, the usual suspects still reign supreme. We’ve got the new Porsche Panamera, the Audi A3, the Land rover Discovery, and the BMW 5 series. Technology continues to evolve among car manufacturers who compete for the clientele who pay the top dollar. In 2016, we had 10-way adjustable seats, and it was the best that money could buy for luxury. In 2017, this has changed with the introduction of the new Lincoln Continental. This one comes with 30-way adjustable seats which have been described as super-comfortable. And then there’s the new E-class Mercedes Benz which incorporates the Drive Pilot technology. This technology enables the car to automatically stop and go with the flow of traffic.

The Audi A3

All 2017 models come with a virtual cockpit. Because the screen is fully digitized, it bridges the gap which existed between the car and the driver, and this helps the driver feel in total control of the vehicle. This virtual cockpit puts everything (from navigation, to radios, phone calls etc) in front of you and within reach. The UI is controlled by a simple touch-screen sensitive wheel that makes scrolling fun.

BMW M5 series

Drivers are concerned with safety, and this is something that BMW has successfully worked on. Now drivers can enjoy the enhanced safety of today’s M5 series. With all the technology aboard a modern M5 series, drivers can use gesture controls and speech commands to operate phones, music, navigation and so much more. All this happens without taking your attention off the road.

Active Lane keeping Assist is also another new feature that has received praise in these cars. It uses camera and lane markings to help the vehicle stick to its lane. And if you’re willing to pay more, you will get a model that has Adaptive mode. This feature basically learns your style of driving so that it can anticipate crossroads and curves. This also means that the car will automatically analyze driving conditions for a wholesome driving experience that is fun and protected.

The Land Rover Discovery

All new Land Rover Discoveries are equipped with what the manufacturer calls Ingenious Versatility. The new Discovery promises so much for the adventure lover. This vehicle also comes equipped with a panoramic roof which brings light into virtually every row of seating inside the cabin. The car offers space and comfort to all people who are on board. And when the driver is not carrying many passengers, they could remotely configure the seats using a special app which syncs with the Optional Intelligence Seat-fold technology.

The new Porsche Panamera

Porsche has always focused on style, drive, and technology. Some of the things found in the new Porsche Panamera include a heated steering wheel, 4-zone climate control function, lane assist, park assist, power blinds (for the rear windows), a massage function seat, heated seats, and a USB interface that takes care of passengers seating in the rear. This car encourages you to take your friends along. So if they would love to charge their phones in order to play some more of Sharky slot online game, this feature would be very convenient for them.
