Lamborghini Builds 1000th Aventador LP 700-4

Little more than a year from its official debut, Lamborghini has built the 1,000th Aventador LP 700-4.

The Argos Orange vehicle with chassis number 1,000 rolled off the assembly line, destined for Germany. Its new owner, Hans Scheidecker, received the keys today from Automobili Lamborghini President and CEO, Stephan Winkelmann. The Bavarian architect is a big Lamborghini fan already owning a Lamborghini Diablo.

Currently 4.5 Aventador’s are built a day at the Sant’ Agata Bolognese plant. The 690bhp 6.5 litre V12 supercar is priced at £210,900 plus local taxes. Current wait list is 18 months if you want to place an order…
