Infiniti Concept Vision Gran Turismo revealed for virtual racing [video]

Following last week’s teaser images, Infiniti has released their CONCEPT Vision Gran Turismo for Gran Turismo 6, available exclusively on PlayStation 3.

Players can purchase the car from the Vision GT area after update 1.15 or for a limited time obtain the car by completing a lap (regardless of the lap time) in the new Seasonal Event.

The design comes from company’s Beijing studio, showing a front-mid engined supercar powered by a 4.5-litre naturally aspirated V8 hybrid powertrain.

The car has a 45/55 front-rear weight distribution, featuring flowing forms, extreme aerodynamics,butterfly doors with unique mirrors, centre-lock alloys crafted from carbon fibre, a large boomerang-shaped rear wing and aggressive rear diffuser.

Don’t expect to see anything similar in production, though we could see some of the design elements on future Infiniti models.
