Hyundai E4U Concept debuts at the Seoul Motor Show

Hyundai has unveiled an odd looking E4U concept at the Seoul Motor Show.

The E4U is one of the winners of the ‘IDEA festival 2012,’ Hyundai’s internal contest, aimed at discovering fresh ideas on future mobility.

The egg-shaped E4U shows a possible future mobility solution for one person and is designed to be driven at low speeds on narrow roads in urban areas.

The E4U is powered by a one electric motor, while speed and steering can be controlled depending on which direction the driver turns and how much he/she tilts the hemisphere.

It also has detachable rear ‘legs’ and a glass windshield/roof, which works as a helmet.
