Honda Civic Wagon Concept Teased for Geneva Motor Show

Honda will show the Civic Wagon concept model at next month’s Geneva Motor Show, which strongly hints at the design direction of the final production version. The production model is expected to debut end of this year, with market launch in early 2014.

The design sketch shows the wagon with hidden rear door handles, just like the hatchback, while the rear of the car is quite similar to the much bigger Accord Tourer. Engine range will be identical to the hatchback, including the recently launched 1.6-litre i-DTEC diesel.

The Civic Wagon will be built at Honda’s manufacturing facility in Swindon.

Also making its European debut is the new updated Honda NSX Concept which made its debut under the Acura brand last month at the Detroit Auto Show.
