Geneva 2011: Volkswagen Bulli Concept Is The Latest Evolution Of Iconic Microbus

The iconic Volkswagen Microbus, also known as the Transporter, Bus or Camper is making a new comeback as a concept called the Bulli.

The Bulli Concept features a 3+3 seat configuration and a two-tone paint that echoes design features of original Samba bus. The concept on display is powered by a 113bhp electric motor, that gets its power from a lithium-ion battery pack. According to Vokswagen, the range is 186 miles from a full charge and the battery can be charged in less than an hour.

Hopefully Bulli is not just another concept, and we can soon see this modern day Microbus in production.
