Fiat 500X Teased - Goes Against The MINI Countryman

Fiat seems to have big plans with the 500 lineup. In addition to the standard 500 and 5-door 500L, there is another new model coming soon called 500X that goes against the MINI Countryman.

MINI also started with just Cooper and now they have Clubman, Countryman and soon Paceman/Countryman Coupe.

Details are very limited, but the 500X is very likely based on the 500L and will use the same 1.4-litre petrol and 1.3-litre diesel engines. Obviously both front-wheel and all-wheel drive options will be available.

We expect to see the Fiat 500X as a concept already at the Paris Motor Show in September.
